A secure connection checks who is asking and what they are allowed to see.

Only the matching notes are read

Three or four notes, not your whole vault. Every read is logged, and you can see the log.

Claude answers in your terms

Your prices, your policy wording, your voice. Anything it writes is a draft for a human to review.

The part that matters most

Your account. Your data.

Most software keeps your data in the vendor's systems and calls that normal. We do it the other way around.

The vault runs in a cloud account in your name. Your business owns the account the notes live in, not us.
We hold access to run it for you. You granted that access, and you can revoke it at any time.
Every read is logged. Who read what, when. The log is yours to see.
Leaving is easy, on purpose. Stop working with us and you keep the account, the vault and every note in it. Export is one click, always.

Said honestly

While we manage your vault, our systems handle your notes to serve them to Claude, which means we could technically read them. We log every access, you can see that log, and you can cut our access off whenever you like. Companies that claim otherwise are not being straight with you.

You choose what it knows

The drop area

Your vault does not crawl your computers or read everything you own. It knows exactly what you have given it, and nothing else.

Drop in the files that matter. A price list, a policy document, a supplier agreement. Each one becomes a tidy note in your vault, filed properly, with the original kept alongside.
Skip everything that does not. Private files, staff files, the mess in your downloads folder: untouched, unseen, unknown to the vault.
That is a feature, not a limit. A curated memory stays accurate and trustworthy. A vacuumed-up hard drive becomes sludge nobody trusts.
